Spanline Partners researches healthcare construction work and arranges introductions between relevant contractors and project-side contacts.

Before an introduction

We review the project and contractor fit, then check whether the project-side contact welcomes an introduction. We provide the contractor with a written offer identifying the project, contact, deliverable, fee and refund conditions before any payment.

Fee and delivery

The contractor pays a flat fee before the introduction is made. The deliverable is one direct email connecting the contractor with one named project-side contact and explaining the reason for the connection. The fee is independent of whether the contractor bids for or wins work.

Acknowledgement refund

If the project-side contact does not acknowledge the introduction within five business days, the contractor receives a full refund under the conditions specified in the written offer. Those conditions are supplied before payment.

Our role

Spanline works independently. We do not represent the project owner or make procurement decisions. An introduction does not promise a meeting, bid invitation or contract. Project details can change; each party decides whether to continue the conversation.
